Invert Conditioning SW

Whether you are still working on getting that butt above your hips, or have been inverting for a while and are pursuing your deadlift, this conditioning and movment pattern workshop will give you the tools to get there. Fire up your core and tap into your upper body strength and get upside down!

 

Requirement:  NONE.  Modifications available for students with various fitness levels.
