Ashtanga Yoga and Flexibility



Take advantage of all the benefits yoga has to offer pole dancers. As athletes, we sometimes get lost in the ‘No pain, no gain” mentality, especially when it comes to achieving our splits and back-bends. This class will teach you how to synchronize body movement with breathing, strengthen weak stabilizer muscles, and focus your stretching regimen using carefully mastered asanas that have lasted the test of time. Best of all, you can take what you’ve learned in class and practice at home on your own time; the original sequences of Ashtanga yoga are always the same!

This class lasts one hour and fifteen minutes, and is taught by our newest trainer to join the team: Taylor.


Requirement:  NONE.  Modifications available for students without prior experience.
