This is a 55 min all over group personal training boot camp workout using a variety of pole exercises with additional fun additions to keep you enjoying your resulting workout. Targeting core, strength and stamina.

To feel good about themselves from the inside and out. That means still having fun and pushing limits.

Requirement: NONE, All fitness levels welcome. Instructor can modify as needed for participants.
