This class begins to piece together the techniques covered in previous classes. The focus is seamless transitions from the floor onto the pole through inversions, spins, and climbing techniques. Advance tricks, leg hangs, and more advance combinations will be taught.
Requirement: Intermediate 3 Complete. Ability to climb and comfortably invert
