Continuing on with Advanced Pole to the next level!
Focus on sequences of inverts, pole poses, advanced swings and different hand grips.
Safety and body progression is main focus. Safety mats are required.
Requirement: Advanced Pole. Transfers from other studios are Welcome!
Online Registration Required. Payment Required at time of registration, via Monaris Payments, Paypal, Interac Email Transfer (use offline payment and contact studio for instructions). NO Cancellation, NO Refunds, No Exceptions.
OFFLINE Payment is for Interac Email Transfers (you must contact studio within 48hrs to confirm). No Registration is Guaranteed without Payment.
** This is a 4 week session that will run consecutively on the same day and time for the duration of the session. A minimum number of registrations are required for this class to run. You will be notified via email should the class be postponed.
