Welcome to Intermediate Pole.
A class inclusive of movements in prior levels 3-6.
This class will provide safe instruction of every movement for all individuals who are physically ready to morph their bodies into beautiful pole art.
Emphasis is placed on safe alignment, conditioning and perfecting movements and combinations of each individual student.
Safety Mats are provided and required to be used during classes requiring your feet above your hips.
Spotting with masks is available with in studio consent.
