Introduction to the transitions and swings with a little christmas twist.  Swings and transitions morph into something completely different when the music makes you feel like a rockstar!

Single Class designed to provide you with the education and form required to perform basic movements in a mini choreographed format.

Requirement: Beginner Pole.
