Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
Most classes incorporate a ballet barre, but as we understand equipment is limited you are able to use your couch, dinning room chair or banister in your home!
Online Registration is requested, although student can opt to donate if they are unable to pay the cost of the class.
Email reminder will be send 1 day prior to the class.
