This is a 55 min full body workout designed to get you ahead on the pole. Using a combination of conditioning movements on the pole as well as off the pole exercises, this workout will help increase your core strength, upper body strength, and stamina.
All levels welcome, whether you are new to pole or have been poling for a while and need a boost to nail your next trick, conditioning is fundamental to pole! Come train with us!
